Registration Information
To become a registered parishioner at St. Cecelia's Church, we invite you to visit the Parish Office during our business hours: Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm. You can print and download the form below.
Upon completion of the form, kindly return it to us, either in person or via email. Please include a copy of your sacramental records as part of the registration. If you are currently affiliated with another parish within the Diocese of Metuchen, we request a letter of release from that parish.
